"Depending on the showdown between Oschadbank and Polischuk." What's happening behind the scenes of the Gulliver closure

From Friday, October 31st, not working Gulliver is a large shopping and office center in the city center of Kyiv. The reason is a corporate conflict that arose between the new and old owners of the building.
As a reminder, in July 2025, the skyscraper became the property of a consortium of Oschadbank and Ukreximbank. This happened because the former owner of LLC "Tri O", Viktor Polischuk, "ceased servicing the debt" to the banks. At that time... debt reached $300 million.
The decision to cease operations at Gulliver was made by a consortium of banks. The reason given was the "risk of accidents and man-made disasters" that could be caused by the actions of the former owner. In their statement, posted on the Oschadbank website, the consortium noted that the previous owner blocked access to engineering facilities, did not hand over technical documentation, etc. "Tri O" denies this.
LIGA.net I spoke with the building's tenants, representatives of the conflicting parties, and the developers to reveal what was happening behind the scenes of the dispute. And also to predict how all this might affect the future of Gulliver.
