Major Kyiv developers Saga Development and Perfect Group have terminated their cooperation on two joint Kyiv projects. These are the residential complexes Philadelphia Concept House and Franklin Concept House. This was announced by the founder of Saga Development. "From now on, these properties are under the management of Saga Development," he wrote. He also hinted that he intends to complete the construction with other partners.
