"We don't use the word 'competitors' in the company" - the first interview with Yevhen Tafiychuk, CEO of Nova Poshta

On January 1, 2026, Yevhen Tafiychuk, who has been with the company for 12 years, became CEO of Nova Poshta. He was appointed CEO as a result of a competition held by the company's founders Volodymyr Popereshnyuk and Viacheslav Klymov together with the Supervisory Board.
Initially, the founders did not plan to involve internal candidates in the competition, but Tafiychuk, who was then working as an operations director, was able to convince Popereshniuk and Klimov to consider his candidacy.
In his first interview as CEO of Nova Poshta, Yevhen Tafiychuk spoke about the results of the reforms that took place in the company in 2025 and affected thousands of employees, as well as how Nova Poshta intends to "grow" online retail and investment plans. In addition, read Tafiychuk's recipe for a fast-paced career: 12 years ago, the 36-year-old top manager started at Nova Poshta as a loader.

Нажаль, інтерв'ю не розкриває подробиць щодо цього, а було б дуже цікаво почути, наприклад, чому були змінені майже всі топ-менеджери і так далі.
