ARMA announces tender for manager of Kerambud plant owned by Kozak and Medvedchuk brothers

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency has announced an open tender on the Prozorro platform for the manager of corporate rights and property of the brick plant Kerambud LLC in Lviv region. About it said ARMA press service.
The asset includes:
- 100% of corporate rights;
- three land plots with a total area of more than 10 hectares;
- three non-residential premises ranging from 235 to 21,261 square meters;
- ten vehicles;
- production facilities.
A plant owned by the brothers of former MPs To Viktor Medvedchuk і Taras Kozak is one of the largest brick producers in the western region of Ukraine.
The plant is equipped with modern German high-tech equipment that automates all processes and produces up to 4 million high-quality bricks per month.
ARMA invites companies that meet the qualification requirements to participate in the tender. The asset may be of interest to construction materials producers, foreign investors and companies planning to enter the Ukrainian market.
Proposals will be accepted until 18:00 on October 31, 2025.

The ARMA has taken over Betonbud, Capital Plaza, Halytske Perekrestia, and Transmonolitavo, which belong to Medvedchuk's entourage.
- June 25, 2025 ARMA evaluated the plant of the Medvedchuk and Kozak brothers Kerambud UAH 246 million.
