ARMA is looking for a manager for Medvedchuk's elite house on Obolonska embankment in Kyiv

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency has announced an open tender for the selection of a manager for an elite building in Kyiv via the Prozorro system. About said ARMA press service.
The property in question was seized as part of a criminal case on high treason and transferred to ARMA by court order.
The house is part of the list of seized property former MP and accused of high treason Viktor Medvedchuk.
The house is located on Obolonska embankment. According to an independent appraisal, its market value is almost UAH 85 million (excluding VAT), and the land plot of 0.0775 hectares is worth another UAH 26.6 million. The total area of the house is over 731 square meters.

The property has an asphalted entrance, a landscaped adjoining territory and direct access to the waterfront.
ARMA invites businesses, including real estate agencies, to submit proposals for participation in the tender by 18:00 on October 28, 2025.
Only companies that meet the qualification requirements are allowed to participate. Owners of seized assets and representatives of the aggressor state are not eligible to participate.

- Medvedchuk and his wife now live in Russia, where he was handed over in exchange for the Ukrainian military.
