ARMA starts search for a receiver for the arrested machine-building giant Dniprovazhmash

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency has started accepting proposals from potential managers to manage 87% of shares in Dniprovazhmash, one of the largest machine-building enterprises in Ukraine. About said ARMA press service.

Dneprotyazhmash manufactures equipment for metallurgical plants, pipelines, subways, and the mining industry.

The company's assets, including industrial equipment and real estate, were seized and transferred to ARMA by a decision of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv as part of criminal proceedings.

According to the investigation, the plant's equipment was illegally transferred to Russia for use in the military-industrial complex. The actions of the defendants are classified under Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – "aiding the aggressor state".

In addition, during a recent on-site inspection of the seized property of Dniprovazhmash, ARMA officers found misuse of assets. The materials were handed over to law enforcement agencies, which initiated criminal proceedings.

The Agency invites potential managers to participate in preliminary market consultations and submit their proposals by 15:00 on November 2, 2025.
