ARMA starts search for manager for Kolomoisky and Bogolyubov's grain terminal

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency has announced the start of market consultations on the selection of a manager for the maritime logistics complex of Agroterminal Logistic LLC in Odesa region. About writes aRMA press service.

The complex is of strategic importance for Ukraine's agricultural sector, as it provides transshipment, storage and transportation of grain crops.

The asset is related to the former owners PrivatBank Ihor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogolyubov.

He was arrested in the framework of criminal proceedings and transferred to the ARMA by the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv.

The asset includes:

  • transshipment and warehouse complex;
  • grain storage facilities;
  • pier;
  • special equipment;
  • road transport;
  • repair and mechanical workshops.

ARMA invites interested companies (except for the owners of the seized asset and representatives of the aggressor state) to participate in market consultations.
