ARMA transfers Medvedchuk's Transcarpathian estate to management for five years

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency has transferred the Vedmezha Dibrova sports and recreation complex in Zakarpattia, which belonged to traitor Viktor Medvedchuk, to AVGM-Group LLC for five years. This was reported by ARMA.
The complex is located in the Parazhyn tract on the territory of the Zhdeniyevo community of the Mukachevo district of Zakarpattia region and covers an area of 150 hectares. According to the rulings of the investigating judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv, the property was transferred to the management of ARMA.
The seized property manager was selected through an open electronic tender in the Prozorro system. After the tender was held and the candidate was vetted, ARMA signed an agreement with the winner of the tender.
The managing company is obliged to transfer a fixed guarantee payment of UAH 258,825 to the budget on a monthly basis, regardless of income.
If the management income exceeds the amount of the guarantee payment, AVGM-Group LLC will transfer 72.5% of the property management profit to the budget.
"At the same time, ARMA will continuously monitor the fulfillment of the terms of the management agreement to ensure the effective use of the seized property and its operation in the interests of the state," the agency said .
