The European Business Association has asked the Cabinet of Ministers to change the rules for rebooking employees at critical enterprises. У statement The EBA states that the current rules provide for a 72-hour period when booked workers can be mobilized.

For many companies, the criticality status and employee reservations will end in early December 2025.

"Companies currently do not have the technical ability to rebook their employees in advance for a new criticality period. As a result, companies risk losing essential employees, such as drivers and technicians. Businesses have reported numerous cases where booked employees received summonses the very next day after the expiration of their current booking," the EBA said in a statement.

Therefore, she proposes to introduce a mechanism for continuous rebooking, i.e. the ability to extend the reservation until the expiration of the current deferrals or reduce the technical interval to three hours instead of 72.
