Ukrposhta announced the closure of its branches in Konstantinovka, Donetsk region. About this reported cEO of the company Ihor Smelyansky.

"It became too dangerous to continue working, and saving the lives of employees and clients outweighed the desire to support those still in the city."smelyansky wrote.

The company notes that it has long been the only institution in the city: banks and competitors have long since ceased operations.

Despite the buildings destroyed by shells and windows smashed by explosions, postal workers continued to serve civilians and the military.

The clients of Kostiantynivka will now be served by branches in neighboring Druzhkivka and Oleksiyevo-Druzhkivka, located 5-7 km away, as well as in Dobropillya.

The company's management thanked the employees who continued to deliver letters, parcels and pensions during the war, as well as the Armed Forces of Ukraine and military administrations for their support.
