Elon Musk has become the first person in history to reach $800 billion. This was reported by Forbes.

This happened after merger agreements two of Musk's companies: SpaceX and xAI, which specializes in artificial intelligence. According to the publication, the deal, which values the combined company at $1.25 trillion, increased Musk's fortune by $84 billion to a record $852 billion.

Prior to the merger, Musk owned 42% of SpaceX worth $336 billion (based on the company's $800 billion valuation) and 49% of xAI worth $122 billion (valued at $250 billion). Accordingly, after the deal, Forbes estimates that Musk now owns 43% of the combined company worth $542 billion.

In addition, Musk owns 12% of the shares in the Tesla car company worth $178 billion and options on Tesla shares worth another $124 billion.

As of February 4, Forbes evaluates musk's net worth is $852.8 billion. He is richer than the second person on the list of billionaires, Google co-founder Larry Page, by $573.7 billion.
