NABU searched Reznikov's home, found nothing — source

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) has conducted a search of the residence of former Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov, a source close to him told LIGA.net.

The search was also reported by other media outlets, including Ukrainska Pravda and ZN.ua, citing their own sources. According to those reports, some documents and a mobile phone were allegedly seized during the search.

However, LIGA.net’s source denied these claims: "No documents were found or confiscated. No burner phones either."

"Nothing was found," the source added.

According to him, the investigative actions took place in June.

  • Reznikov served as Ukraine’s Minister of Defense from 2021 to 2023.
  • He stepped down in September 2023 following a series of procurement scandals at the Ministry of Defense.
