"The water pressure dropped sharply while filling the city's water supply system. As it turned out, the cause was a new leak in the main water supply system near the village of Domazhyr – on the other side of the river from the place where the previous accident was repaired yesterday," Moskalenko wrote on Facebook.

In Lvivvodokanal clarified reported that the pressure at pumping stations dropped on the afternoon of October 25 due to the third consecutive water supply system failure.

"We have to admit it: Lvivvodokanal has faced the biggest challenge to the city's water supply system in decades," the company said.

Part of Lviv and the annexed communities remained without water supply on October 23 due to an accident on the main water supply system in Domazhyr village. Water delivery and bottling points were organized for residents.
