RozetkaPay and Portmone received multimillion-dollar fines from the NBU

The National Bank of Ukraine has fined two non-bank payment service providers. This was reported to by the regulator's press service.
They were fined and issued written warnings for violating Ukrainian legislation regulating activities in the payment market and legislation on consumer protection.
During an inspection in June-August 2025, RozetkaPay LLC (RozetkaPay) was found to have violated the requirements of the legislation governing activities in the payment market. The company was fined UAH 13.6 million and must pay the fine within 14 days.
Based on the results of an inspection in March-May 2025, which revealed violations of the legislation regulating activities in the payment market, FC MBK LLC (Portmone) was fined UAH 7.8 million.
Companies must pay fines within 14 days and eliminate violations by December 17.
- In October, the National Bank of Ukraine imposed fines and other measures on seven banks and four non-bank financial institutions. Among them are Alliance Bank, MTB Bank , Ukrsibbank and others.
- Also in October, the NBU fined iPay for UAH 16.6 million and Asvio Bank for UAH 9 million.
