Russian drones damage Polish company's plant in Vinnytsia, injuries reported

As a result of the Russian attacks on Vinnytsia on the night of July 16 the plant of the Polish Barlinek Group was damaged, and there are victims. This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland Radoslav Sikorsky.

"Russian drones hit the Barlinek Group's plant in Vinnytsia. The director of the plant has just told me that it was done on purpose, from three directions. There are wounded, two of them with severe burns," wrote Sikorsky in the social network X.

Ukrainian services and the Polish consulate are working at the scene, he added.

"Putin's criminal war is approaching our borders," the Polish minister summarized.

Barlinek Group produces wooden flooring. In 2007, with financial support from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the company launched a $75 million parquet flooring plant in Vinnytsia with an annual capacity of 2 million square meters.
