An auction was held in Odesa for the privatization of the former design bureau KINAP

The unified property complex of the state enterprise Odesa State Design Bureau of Cinema Equipment has been put up for privatization. About it says on the Prozorro.

The starting price of the lot is UAH 28.83 million (about $698,000). In addition, the winner of the auction will have to pay the company's debt of UAH 3.07 million ($74,400).

The building with a total area of 8891.2 square meters (built-up area – 4541 square meters) is located in Odesa at 32/34 Dalnytska Street.

The facility includes six registered units of real estate (main building, garage/warehouse, two workshops) and infrastructure (fencing, paving).

The company has not been conducting business, financial and specialized activities for many years, its accounts have been seized, and the building is in a state of disrepair. Currently, only two employees work there.

The winner of the auction will be obliged to pay off wage arrears (UAH 53,122), budgetary (UAH 2.31 million) and other debts (UAH 705,225) within six months, and not to dismiss employees during this time.

Historically, the Dalnytskyi illusion theater operated on this site, and later a design bureau was built here to develop film equipment for the Odesa Film Equipment Plant (KINAP), located opposite.

Only one company, Planetparts LLC, which was registered on July 1, 2025, applied to participate in the auction. According to data YouControl, a company registered in Odesa, is engaged in the wholesale trade of parts and accessories for motor vehicles. The owner and director of the company is Nadiya Chukhriy.

Planetparts LLC offered UAH 33.5 million for the building. A decision on the purchase is currently pending.
