The manufacturer of popular Polish juices Tymbark is interested in "Karpatska Dzherelna" – AMCU

Maspex Group, Poland's largest private company in the food industry, wants to take an equity stake in the mineral water producer Karpatska Dzherelna. About testifies information on the website of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
At a meeting on Thursday, November 20, the Ukrainian regulator is considering two applications from Grupa Maspex P. Z O.O. (Wadowice, Poland).
A Polish company requests a permit to acquire joint control, together with a citizen of Ukraine (name withheld) through his wholly owned company Dynalum Finance Ltd. (Cyprus), over Carpathian Mineral Waters LLC and Trading House Carpathian Mineral Waters LLC.
In addition, the AMC should report the results of consideration of the application of Maspex, Dynalum Finance and an unnamed Ukrainian citizen for concerted actions in the form of fulfillment of non-competition and non-solicitation obligations.
The Polish Maspex Group is one of the largest food companies in Central and Eastern Europe, the owner of such brands as Tymbark (the most popular juice in Poland), Kubuś, Life, Lubella, Łowicz, Krakus, Kotlin, etc., vodkas Żubrówka, Soplica and Absolwent, and the cult herbal liqueur Becherovka.
The company's portfolio includes more than 60 brands and offers a total of more than 2,300 product offerings, and its products are sold in more than 60 countries.
The Carpathian Mineral Waters Group is one of the leading Ukrainian producers of soft drinks (Carpathian Spring Water, Sokovinka, etc.). The founder is Cyprus-based Dynalum Finance, proprietor – Serhiy Ustenko.
