Ukrposhta launched a pilot project "Express Window" in more than 1500 city branches to combat queues. About it reported cEO of the company Ihor Smelyansky.

According to Smelyansky, the express window will be marked in black and yellow. It will allow you to quickly receive or send a parcel, pick up a letter or cash on delivery.

He noted that the new system will reduce the time for parcel delivery to 30-45 seconds.

Smelyansky also emphasized that packages for shipment are now available free of charge at all Ukrposhta offices.

"All other services – pensions, payments, sending letters, etc. – will be provided in a universal window."smelyansky added.

According to him, the project is designed to separate different categories of customers into different "corners of the ring" – separate windows: parcel recipients (including many young people) and older customers.

Smelyansky noted that the nature of the queues was analyzed in detail during the preparation of the project: "For some people, a visit to the branch is an opportunity to communicate with the world, while for others, on the contrary, communication is a waste of time. Now we have created comfortable conditions for both worlds."
