Ukrposhta JSC has signed a contract with Modern Expo (a joint Ukrainian-Polish venture in the form of Modern Expo LLC) to manufacture the first batch of its own postal machines. This was reported by the press service of Ukrposhta in Facebook .

"Ukrposhta is launching its own network of post offices! The first 100 units will be installed this year - 70 in Kyiv and 30 in Odesa. Next year, post offices will appear all over Ukraine," the statement reads.

Modern Expo was the only bidder in Ukrposhta's tender.

The contract price is UAH 20.8 million including VAT.

The supplier must provide Ukrposhta with not only the postal machines, but also chargers and batteries for them. This will allow them to work autonomously without power and communication.

The post offices will have a modular design and consist of one to dozens of modules. The basic configuration is two blocks of 15-20 cells each.

Nova Poshta has the largest network of post offices in Ukraine. As of the beginning of October 2025, it amounts to more than 30,600 units.
