On the national highway P-24 Tatariv - Kamianets-Podilskyi, the bridge over the Rybnytsia River in the village of Yavoriv is being repaired. This was reported by State Agency for the Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine .
The P-24 road, which connects Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, and Khmelnytsky regions, is an important logistics route. However, the structure of the old arched bridge, built more than a century ago, was deteriorating. An expert panel recognized the structure as emergency and unfit for use .
The old bridge structure was replaced with a new modular Acrow Mabey C200 bridge provided as part of international assistance.
The new bridge is 15.24 meters long and has a load capacity of up to 80 tons.
Builders have completed a set of works to completely replace the bridge structure:
for the convenience of local residents, a temporary wooden pedestrian bridge was built for the duration of the construction;
- after dismantling the old arch bridge, two monolithic reinforced concrete bank piers were installed;
- modular bridge structures were installed;
- asphalt concrete pavement was completed on the approaches to the structure;
- horizontal road markings were applied.

"The restoration of this bridge is an important step towards strengthening the transport infrastructure of Prykarpattia and the development of the region," said Svitlana Onyshchuk, head of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration.
- In July, the State Agency for Reconstruction reported on the restoration of a bridge in Ivano-Frankivsk region in the village of Vorokhta. The project was supposed to be completed in 2022, but due to the full-scale invasion and the suspension of funding, the work was suspended.
