The price of a ton of Ukrainian agricultural exports has increased by 40% (1.4 times) - from $315 in 2024 to $443 in April 2025. This was reported by Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Vitaliy Koval .

The increase in export prices is attributed to an increase in exports of value-added products, in particular bioethanol.

In addition, since 2024, the main export goods have also risen in price:

  • sunflower oil - $1174 per ton (+37.8%);
  • corn - $217 per ton (+27.1%);
  • wheat - $231 per ton (+27.4%);
  • poultry - $2385 per ton (+11.2%);
  • soybeans - $409 per ton (+4.3%).

Since the beginning of 2025, Ukraine has exported 2.5 million tons of agricultural products worth $1.1 billion.

The ministry emphasizes that it is working to expand the geography of exports and support agro-processing so that the agricultural sector brings more profit to the country's economy.
