In July 2025, Ukrainians purchased more than 7,000 battery-electric vehicles (BEVs), which is 47% more than in the same period last year. About reported Ukravtoprom.

Passenger cars accounted for the majority of sales – 6849 units. Of these, 1,587 were new (+62%) and 5,262 were used (+42%).

The most popular new electric vehicles in July were:

  • BYD Song Plus EV – 384 cars;
  • Honda eNS1 – 206 cars;
  • Volkswagen ID.UNYX – 131 cars;
  • Zeekr 7X – 104 cars;
  • Audi Q4 e-tron – 89 cars.

The leaders among used electric vehicles were:

  • Tesla Model Y – 733 cars;
  • Tesla Model 3 – 567 cars;
  • Nissan Leaf – 522 cars;
  • Kia Niro EV – 265 cars;
  • Hyundai Kona Electric – 226 cars.

Last month, 176 commercial electric vehicles were registered, of which only 20 were new. For comparison, in July 2024, 6 out of 103 units were new.
