Court opens bankruptcy proceedings against Zhevago's second pharmaceutical plant

On December 3, the Kyiv Commercial Court opened bankruptcy proceedings against Kyivmedpreparat JSC, a part of the pharmaceutical corporation "Arterium" Konstantin Zhevago. This was reported on website Supreme Court.

The bankruptcy was initiated by Kyiv-based Sky Development LLC, which on May 1 reported on the acquisition of the right to claim on loans to Halychpharm and Kyivmedpreparat from the Deposit Guarantee Fund.

In the court ruling, the text of which is available in LIGA.netthe monetary claims of Sky-Development to Kyivmedpreparat in the amount of UAH 110.1 million are recognized.

Ilya Komlyk, an insolvency officer, was appointed as the administrator of Kyivmedpreparat's property.

In May 2025, at the request of Sky Development, the court began bankruptcy of Galichpharm, another Arterium enterprise.
