The Asset Recovery and Management Agency has announced a tender to select a manager for Kirovohrad Rudoupravlenie and Mineral. About said ARMA press service.

For management, the following are offered:

  • three stakes in Kirovogradske Rudoupravlenie JSC;
  • three blocks of corporate rights of SE Mineral;
  • ten real estate properties;
  • 39 vehicles.

The real estate includes an office building, four complexes of premises, a club and a shop.

The company's fleet includes 20 trucks and seven cars, three dump trucks, three excavators, two graders, two buses, a bulldozer and a loader.

All business entities that meet the qualification criteria can participate in the selection. The expected value of the assets is UAH 300,000.

Bids can be submitted through the Prozorro platform until 15:00 on September 29, 2025.
