A supplier of food for the army privatizes a building in the center of Kyiv for UAH 91 million
On Tuesday, July 15, the State Property Fund held an auction to privatize the only property complex of the state institute Ukrrybproekt, whose main asset is a stalinka in the center of Kyiv at 82-A Konys'koho Street. The winner was LLC "Good Dish" owned by Yevhenia Shelest from Dnipro, according to Prozorro.Sales.
In 2023, Good Food was involved in a scandal with the purchase of food for the army.
There were 13 bidders for the asset. The starting price of the lot during the bidding increased 6 times – from almost UAH 15,068,338 to UAH 91,000,200.00 excluding VAT.
The offers of two other companies were several hundred hryvnias lower than the winning bid: Alarit-Prom LLC of Serhiy Spodin – UAH 91,000,000, and Universal Development LLC of Vyacheslav Suprunenko – UAH 91,000,100.
Ukrrybproekt is a state-owned enterprise specializing in architecture. In total, the complex includes nine units of real estate with a total area of 3084.70 square meters, nine units of movable property (equipment, inventory, etc.) and 11 units of vehicles.

As of March 31, 2025, part of the company's real estate was leased out.
Overdue accounts payable amount to more than UAH 8.23 million, including UAH 909,266 in salaries and almost UAH 4.23 million to the budget. The company has six employees.
Among the conditions for the sale of the privatization object: to pay off wage and budget debts within six months and to prevent dismissal of employees.
