AVK factory in Dnipro sold for UAH 50 million due to debts

The AVK confectionery factory in Dnipro was sold at auction for its debts. The auction took place on September 15 in the OpenMarket electronic trading system SETAM. The new owner is Kyiv-based Ilaris LLC.

The factory was pledged as collateral for an $80 million loan that AVK took out from Prominvestbank. The right to claim the loan, which is secured by real estate and confectionery production equipment on Zhurnalistiv Street in Dnipro, where AVK's factory is located, has been repeatedly put up for auction .

Ilaris was registered on August 4, 2025, and its ultimate beneficiary is Maryna Rytska, according to LIGA360 data.

The publication Informator Dnipro traced the connection between Ilaris LLC and Dnipro businessmen Ruslan Shostak (retail chains EVA , Varus ) and Valeriy Kiptyk (BC Olvia).

However, the press service of businessman Shostak said in a commentary to LIGA.net that neither Ruslan Shostak personally nor any companies associated with him had ever bought the AVK factory.

Rytska herself, who was contacted by a journalist LIGA.net , refused to comment.
