"Today, law enforcement agencies are conducting investigative actions at facilities related to Kyivmiskbud," Mr Kushnir posted on Facebook.
He added the company's management is "assisting law enforcement in everything, providing all the necessary documents", ensuring the search would not affect the work of Kyivmiskbud, and that construction would continue.
"The company operates exclusively within the legal framework, so we are convinced that the results of both the audit and the relevant investigations and inspections will be positive. I am confident that everything will be fine," Mr Kushnir wrote.
Since 2012, Ihor Kushnir has been chairman of the board and president of Kyivmiskbud.
In July 2023, he was suspended after it emerged that he had spent eight months abroad since the start of Russia’s full-scale war. In particular, he provided a disability certificate to obtain a permit to travel abroad and then climbed Mount Everest.
