Epicenter opens a second shopping and entertainment center near Kyiv – photos
Epicenter is opening its second shopping center in Ukraine in Obukhiv, Kyiv region, on Saturday, September 20, at 27 Kyivska Street. This was reported by the Epicenter's press service.
The mall is located on three floors and covers an area of over 26,000 square meters.
The new shopping center will open an 1800-square-meter Food Market with its own food court.
In addition to the grocery store, the first floor of the mall will house the CE TE Technical Center, AutoMall, Pharmacy 100+, Bouquet Floral Center and departments with a wide range of goods for construction, repair and decoration of homes.
The second floor will house DECO Galleries, Furniture Center, Ceramics Center, Garden Center, All4Rest leisure products, Light Studio, EPiK children's store, Intersport sports supermarket, Lapki pet store and other retail formats.
Later, the mall is planning to open an Epiland family entertainment center. It will become the third facility for the chain in the capital region after the children's parks launched in Kyiv.
For the convenience of customers, Keymaster services, a formatting and cutting department, a bank branch, dry cleaning and clothing and footwear repair will also be available.
The center will also have a 1500-square-meter Drive in Arena, where you can drive in by car, select goods and immediately download them.
The parking lot is designed for 220 cars with locations for recharging electric cars, and the underground parking lot can serve as a shelter during air raids for more than 2,000 people.
According to the company's CEO Petro Mykhailyshyn, the opening of the mall will create about 300 jobs and additional revenues to the local budget.
The new shopping center will become the 72nd Epicenter shopping center in Ukraine and the 16th in Kyiv region.
