Pharmacies, coffee shops, shops: Ukrzaliznytsia auctions premises at train stations
Prozorro.Sale will host auctions for renting premises at train stations in six cities
On Wednesday, June 26, auctions for the lease of commercial space at six railway stations in Ukraine will be held in the Prozorro.Sales system. This was reported by Ukrzaliznytsia.
The following premises are up for auction:
- pharmacies – at Kyiv's Southern Railway Station (area – 80.9 square meters, starting price – 134,687 UAH) and at Dnipro-Holovniy Railway Station (area – 60.1 square meters, starting price – 20,460 UAH);
- To Go store at Kyiv Central Station, with an area of 177 square meters (starting price – UAH 430,910);
- supermarket at Kharkiv-Pasazhyrskyi railway station, with an area of 3,586 square meters (starting price – UAH 298,823);
- flower shop-coffee shop at Kyiv's Southern Railway Station, with an area of 45.1 square meters (starting price – UAH 124,199);
- a coffee shop at the train station in Uzhgorod, with an area of 46.5 square meters (starting price – 27,319 UAH);
- lounge area at Kyiv's Southern Railway Station, with an area of 379.4 square meters (starting price – UAH 353,043);
- bank branch at the train station in Lviv, with an area of 14.2 square meters (starting price – 22,720 UAH);
- ATMs – in Kyiv (starting price – UAH 11,942.8), Uzhgorod (starting price – UAH 8,699) and Zaporizhia (starting price – UAH 2,452).
In addition, a separate auction is scheduled for July 2 for the right to lease 38 square meters at the Kyiv-Passenger Southern Railway Station for a coffee shop. The starting price is UAH 227,976.8.
The total starting amount of the monthly rent (excluding VAT) is UAH 1.663 million.
- In October 2024, Ukrzaliznytsia received the right to independently lease property on a competitive basis, if its book value does not exceed UAH 500 million.
