The State Property Fund has put up for privatization the single property complex of the state-owned enterprise Ukrgeofond in Vinnytsia, better known as the Vinnytsia Cartographic Factory. The auction is scheduled for June 15, the press service of the fund reported.

The enterprise was previously engaged in the production of books, magazines, cartographic products and printing services, and completely ceased economic activity in 2021. Now its debts to employees and the state budget amount to almost UAH 2.5 million ($67,683).

The factory premises are located in the central district of Vinnytsia. These are eight buildings and 16 structures with a total area of 14,000 square meters, including a production building, a store of industrial goods, warehouses, garages, and a parking lot.

The private owner will be able to use the company's property at their own discretion, the only conditions for privatization are repayment of debts and preservation of jobs within six months.

The starting price of the factory is UAH 22.1 million ($598,318).
