The morning attack did not cause critical consequences for the operation of Ukraine's energy system. There is damage to power grids only in Kyiv and Kharkiv, reported Ukrenergo.

"Due to damage to two high-voltage lines of 110 kV local power grids in Kyiv, 19,400 consumers and health care facilities were cut off. Emergency and restoration work is ongoing. Power supply will be restored within 3-4 hours," the message says.

In Kharkiv, about 1,000 consumers lost power due to damage to Kharkivoblenergo networks. High-voltage transmission lines of Ukrenergo are operating in normal mode.

There is also new damage due to attacks in the networks of Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, and Mykolaiv oblasts.

At the same time, no blackouts are planned, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal stated.

"The power system remains stable, power outages are not expected," he wrote about the consequences of the assault.

From early morning, Russia launched a massive missile and drone attack on Ukraine. Hits were reported in Kharkiv where two people were injured.

As a result of the enemy attack, two high-voltage lines were damaged by missile fragments in Kyiv. Some consumers on the left bank are currently without electricity.
