The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution on the Procedure for Transmitting the Results of Real-Time Emission Monitoring. About this said press service of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture.
From now on, companies that have automated emissions measurement systems will transmit information directly to the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture, as well as to the State Environmental Inspectorate.
This applies to both companies that are required to have such equipment under integrated permits and those that have installed it voluntarily.
Operators must submit data through the EcoSystem Unified Environmental Platform, where they must register automated measurement systems and measuring equipment.
The information will be received automatically online via the Ministry of Economy's application programming interface connected to the platform.

- for the state – to improve the environmental control system and fulfill Ukraine's international obligations;
- for business – fewer risks of misunderstandings with regulatory authorities, increased transparency and reputation of enterprises;
- for the public – free access to environmental information on the level of industrial emissions.
- On September 26, it became known that new cars in Ukraine start sticking stickers with data on emissions.
