Due to the attack, Ukrenergo has increased electricity shutdown volumes for Thursday, November 28, leaving Kyiv residents with just two hours of power by day's end, DTEK energy company reported.

"Stabilization schedules now cover four out of six queues. This means two-thirds of consumers will be without power simultaneously," CEO of Yasno Serhii Kovalenko reported on X.
