"In the morning, there were many more arrivals there as well. The shelling continues now! The city of Shostka and 38 settlements of the community are without electricity. Emergency repair crews are working," he wrote on Facebook.

On Suspilne TV Mykola Noga said that electricity supply in the community is gradually being restored. However, the electricity is of such a low quality that it is impossible to turn on appliances, so many people continue to work on generators.
"Water in Shostka has been supplied by generators for three days now," he added.
