Natalia Boyko appointed acting CEO of Ukraine GTS Operator
On Saturday, February 7, the Supervisory Board of the Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine appointed Natalia Boyko as the company's acting CEO, according to the company's press service.
Boyko has more than 15 years of experience in the energy sector. She previously served as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine and has also been an advisor to two Ukrainian Prime Ministers, as well as Deputy Minister of Energy for European Integration.
The previous CEO, Dmytro Lypa, resigned following the end of the 2024–2025 heating season. According to unofficial sources, the Supervisory Board was preparing to appoint one of the individuals mentioned in the tapes as CEO.
In the interim, Vladislav Medvedev, Chief Operating Officer of the GTSU, temporarily served as CEO.
