The Supervisory Board of NPC Ukrenergo dismissed Vitaliy Zaichenko from the position of the Chairman of the Board. About this reported mP Oleksiy Kucherenko.

According to ExPro and Energobusiness, tensions between Zaichenko and the independent members of the supervisory board began almost immediately after his appointment in June 2025.

Ukrenergo's Supervisory Board consists of seven members: four independent members elected through a competitive process and three state representatives.

"The Supervisory Board of Ukrenergo decided to put the Ministry of Energy and various corrupt officials in their place. It turned out a bit rough, but it's indicative in general."the MP commented Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
