Medlog SA, a Swiss company that is part of the container giant MSC (Mediterranean Shipping Company), has acquired a stake in Ukrainian logistics assets. In particular, in the intermodal transportation operator N'UNIT and the Mostyska cross-border terminal, part of which belongs to Rinat Akhmetov's SCM Group . Yegor Grebennikov, co-owner of TIS Group and founder of N'UNIT, told about the details of the deal to Forbes Ukraine.

In May, Medlog bought 50% of N'UNIT from Grebennikov. In addition, Medlog acquired 25% of the Mostyska terminal in Lviv region. The other 50% of this facility belongs to Akhmetov's Lemtrans, while Grebennikov retains another 25%.

Forbes estimates the total value of the deal at $15-30 million.

After the deal, Grebennikov's stake in N'UNIT decreased to 50%, and in the Mostyska terminal – to 25%.
