Onur has become the only bidder for the overhaul of Miskaya Street on the outskirts of Kyiv, according to the Prozorro system .

Onur Construction International LLC has agreed to perform the work for UAH 501.78 million, which is 0.1% cheaper than the starting price.

The company had no competitors, although a potential bidder, Energetic Road Construction LLC, tried to challenge the tender conditions as discriminatory. The company complained that the requirements prescribed by Kyivavtodor artificially narrowed the range of participants and violated the principles of non-discrimination and equal competition. Its complaint was rejected .

Miskaya is a main street of citywide significance (part of the Velyka Okruzhnaya Road), built in 1950 and reconstructed in 1996. It carries significant freight and passenger traffic, including traffic from the cities of Kyiv region (Bucha, Irpin, Borodyanka).

Kyivavtodor argued that the street is in poor technical condition, with many potholes, cracks and ruts along its entire length.

Major repairs include replacing the roadway pavement from Palladin Avenue to Kyiv-Hostomel road (1.75 km), installation of bicycle infrastructure and sidewalks, lowering curbs at crossings for barrier-free access, repair and creation of a new stormwater drainage network.

Duration of work – up to 12 months.
