The stations in question are Sudzha, Korenevo, and Psyol.

All three stations are located just a few kilometers from the border with Ukraine, where, according to the Russians, a Ukrainian military breakthrough is taking place. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has not commented on the events in the Kursk Oblast.

Passengers with tickets to Kursk, Ryshkovo, Kurchatov, and Lgov-Kievskiy were allowed to return their tickets without additional fees. These stations are located slightly further from the Ukrainian border.

The Kursk Nuclear Power Plant is situated in Kurchatov.
