The day before, the SPFU determined the starting price of these objects: hotel Ukraina - 1.47 billion hryvnias ($35.8 million), JSC UMCC - almost 3.9 billion hryvnias ($95.1 million).

Online auctions will be held in the electronic system Prozorro.Sale. Given the dates of the auctions, potential investors have enough time to study the objects and documentation in detail, the Fund notes. Potential buyers get access to the information package of the privatization object after concluding a confidentiality agreement.

Ukraina is a four-star hotel located in the center of Kyiv, at 4 Instytutska Street, above Maidan Nezalezhnosti. The total area of the 14-story building is 22,481.5 square meters. The hotel has a restaurant for 250 people, four banquet halls, six conference halls, a beauty salon, a sauna, a massage room and parking for 69 cars.

Earlier, SPFU chairman Vitaly Koval said that three world-famous chains were interested in Ukraine and another hotel on the Maidan - Kozatskyi. The Fund does not say what kind of companies these are, so as not to harm the privatization process.

The United Mining and Chemical Company is one of the world's largest producers of titanium raw materials with a global market share of 4% and ranks among the top ten in the world in terms of production volumes. It is a leader in the production of ilmenite, rutile and zircon concentrates in Ukraine and Europe.

It has two branches: Vilnohorsk mining and metallurgical plant (Malyshevske field, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast) and Irshan mining and beneficiation plant (Mizhrichne field, Zhytomyr Oblast). The head of the State Property Fund said that seven business groups are interested in UMCC.

On July 9, 2024, the Cabinet of Ministers added the Demurinsky mining and beneficiation plant and the aerated concrete producer, the Aeroc plant, confiscated from the Russians to the list of "great privatization" objects.
