Serhiy Samarskyi, a businessman from Vinnytsia, came up with an ambitious tourism project called "City on Water." This is an aquapolis in Vinnytsia with floating hotels, restaurants, and sports areas. He says that local authorities supported the idea, and the first €200,000 was allocated by the Finnish government.

The Aquapolis, also known as "City on Water," is planned to be built on the Southern Bug River in the city center. It will occupy 120 hectares of non-navigable water area and the adjacent coastal zone. In addition to water attractions and public green spaces, it will house a floating rehabilitation center for veterans.

Why does Samara need this project? How much does it cost, what will be there, and when will construction begin? Lesia Solovchuk found out.
