Ukraine is ready to sign a minerals agreement with the United States as early as Wednesday, April 30. Ukraine's Economy Minister Yulia Svyrydenko has already left for Washington, writes Bloomberg, citing sources
The information was confirmed by a number of Ukrainian media outlets, including Suspilne.
According to the sources, the US and Ukrainian sides are now finalizing the last technical details of the document. Two more technical agreements, which will determine how the joint fund will work, have not yet been agreed upon.

On Sunday, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said Ukraine had received an important concession from the White House: previous military aid would not be counted under the deal. An FT source said this could pave the way for a deal to be signed this week.
