"Galya Baluvana" vs Multi Cook: how former partners became competitors for the Ukrainian market

Last week it became known that Roman Kordon, a partner of the "Galya Baluvana" chain of semi-finished products from Khmelnytskyi , changed the brand to Multi Сook. 26 stores changed their signs at once – 22 in Khmelnytskyi, two in Kyiv, and two in Izmail in the Odessa region. Currently, the rebranding of retail outlets is underway.

The partner's exit from the network might not have been so painful if the Multi Сook brand had not belonged to the former co-owner of "Gala Baluvana", Volodymyr Matviychuk.
