A consortium of two state-owned banks has acquired ownership of the Gulliver shopping and office complex. These banks are Oschadbank and Ukreximbank. The shopping center was used as collateral for loans issued by these banks in 2006. Both financial institutions have issued statements confirming their ownership of the shopping center.

The Gulliver website states that the process of transferring management of the asset is currently underway. The previous owner does not intend to resist this, according to an official statement on the shopping and office center's website. In a later statement – an address to tenants – "Tri O" writes that it will take all legally available measures to restore its rights to the asset.

We also talk about what the new owners plan to do with the asset, what debts Gulliver has, and what ARMA, to whom the property was previously transferred, will do in this situation. Spoiler: the owners of Gulliver are also not going to give up the property so easily.
