Alexander Zinchenko decided to sell his restaurant in the center of Kyiv for $2.5 million

Oleksandr Zinchenko, a footballer of the Ukrainian national team and London Arsenal, has decided to sell his restaurant INCH in the center of Kyiv. The corresponding announcement appeared on the website of the Keys Real Estate agency.
The cost of the facility is $2.5 million. The reasons for the sale have not yet been disclosed.
Oleksandr and his wife Vlada Zinchenko opened the restaurant in June 2024, but in July 2025 it was announced that it would close.
INCH restaurant was positioned as a premium concept restaurant with original cuisine.
"Equipped kitchen, designer interior, favorable location. Ready-made business with profit. Everything is included: equipment, brand, documents," the announcement said.
Last season, Oleksandr Zinchenko played 23 matches for Arsenal London, scoring one goal and providing one assist. His contract with the club runs until June 30, 2026.
