The auction for the sale of the Dnipro Arena stadium and the former training base of FC Dnipro, scheduled for October 30, did not take place due to the absence of participants, reported in the Prozorro.Sale system.

The stadium owned by PrivatBank was to be sold for at least UAH 150 million.

Dnipro Arena was previously owned by Ihor Kolomoisky. PrivatBank became the owner of the stadium as it was a collateral for loans received by the former owners of the bank. After nationalization in 2016, the property was transferred to the state-owned PrivatBank.

Until 2019, it was the home stadium of the Dnipro club, which ceased to exist after Kolomoisky refused to finance it. After its closure, the Dnipro Arena was used by SC Dnipro-1, which existed until 2024 and suspended its activities due to financial problems.

The Dnipro-Arena stadium was built in 2008 and meets UEFA requirements for international matches and has a capacity of 31,000 spectators.

The training base is located in the forest park area of the Prydniprovsk residential area (Samarskyi district of Dnipro) and was reconstructed in 2010. The base has four standard grass training football fields.
