On May 22, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine granted permission to Citadel Ventures Cyprus Limited to acquire control over another Cypriot company, A.T.V.T. Business Expo Holdings Ltd.

In view of this, businessman Maksym Krippa, who in 2023 purchased the Parus Business Center in Kyiv and in 2024 privatized the Ukraina Hotel, may gain control of the International Exhibition Center LLC (IEC). This was noted by Interfax-Ukraine.

Krippa is a beneficiary of Citadel Ventures Cyprus, and A.T.V.T. Business Expo Holdings owns 50.04% in IEC LLC.

The beneficiaries of MVC LLC are Anatoliy Viktorovych Tkachenko, director, and Viktor Viktorovych Tkachenko. Anatoliy Tkachenko and Olena Tkachenko directly own 12.49% of the LLC, and another 24.98% is owned by the venture corporate investment fund Asborne, whose beneficiary is Marina Dorokhina, daughter of Vagif Aliyev, a well-known Kyiv-based retail real estate developer.

In 2024, IEC increased its revenue by 71.4% to UAH 83 million, and its net loss decreased by 3.3 times to UAH 7.1 million.

The International Exhibition Center is the largest exhibition facility in Ukraine and the venue for the 62nd Eurovision Song Contest. Nearby is the Patriarchal Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ, the main church of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church.
The total area of the complex is 73,230 square meters, the total area of exhibition halls is 38,680 square meters. It combines four pavilions with an exhibition area of 10,850 sq m, 10,660 sq m, 10,560 sq m and 6,600 sq m, 18 entrance groups and 20 cargo gates (for delivery of large-sized cargo directly to the exhibition halls).

Since 2018, Krippa has owned the NAVI esports team, and since 2020, he has been a game developer at GSC Game World (Cossacks and S.T.A.L.K.E.R.).

In December 2024, Krippa said that he had spent more than $100 million on real estate in Ukraine over the past two years. The businessman explained the acquisition of the Parus and the Ukraina Hotel by the fact that is interested in "only iconic places, brand names, something unique, which cannot be replaced due to the location.".
