In the next three years, a complete reconstruction of the central part of the Bukovel resort is planned. This was reported to by marketer, founder of Fedoriv Agency Andriy Fedoriv.

Fedoriv Agency is working on the resort's renovation and development strategy in collaboration with artists, cultural experts, urbanists, and partners from around the world. The new architectural master plan is being developed by Archimatika.

"The new strategy has already been adopted. For example, our client is ready to actually demolish the outdated central square and build it anew," he said .

The reconstruction is planned to start from the main square of the resort. The work will start in the spring of 2026.

"Hiking, modern Hutsul architecture, a single design code for the entire resort center, new opportunities for hiking and other sports, leisure for children and adults – all this will become part of the renovated Bukovel," Fedoriv explained the concept of the reconstruction.

Inclusiveness and programs for recreation and rehabilitation of the military will also be mandatory.

The project for the revitalization of Bukovel's main square, developed by Archimatika, became a finalist in the World Architecture Festival competition in the category "Future Project: Public Facilities".
