ARMA seeks manager for seized Morshynska mineral water brand

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency has started consultations on the management of seized corporate rights covering one of the leading brands of mineral water Morshynska. About said ARMA press service.

This refers to a 100% stake in the authorized capital of Oscar Morshyn Mineral Water Plant and shares in Industrial and Distribution Systems PrJSC.

According to Yaroslava Maksymenko, acting head of the ARMA, the main task is to preserve the value of these assets and ensure that they work for the benefit of the state.

"We are building the system according to the European logic: transparency, competition and fairness of the process. This is a guarantee of effective asset management," emphasized Maksymenko.

The results of the consultations will form the basis for an open tender for managers in the Prozorro system.

Proposals are accepted until 15:00 on September 26, 2025. Participation is open to all interested parties, except for the owners of the seized asset and representatives of the aggressor state.

• In March 2025, ARMA decided to terminate as an unrealized management agreement the seized assets of the IDS Ukraine group of companies, a producer of Morshynska and Myrhorodska mineral water.
• In May, Markiyan Bem, an authorized representative of the IDS Ukraine said that the Morshyn Mineral Water Plant "Oscar" cannot extend water extraction licenses and will stop six months after the end of martial law, unless the situation changes.
