ARMA is looking for a manager for the Morshynska water brand. The owner company commented

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency has started consultations on the management of seized corporate rights covering one of the leading brands of mineral water Morshynska. About said aRMA press service.

This refers to a 100% stake in the authorized capital of Oscar Morshyn Mineral Water Plant and shares in Industrial and Distribution Systems PrJSC.

According to Yaroslava Maksymenko, acting head of the ARMA, the main task is to preserve the value of these assets and ensure that they work for the benefit of the state.

"We are building the system according to the European logic: transparency, competition and fairness of the process. This is a guarantee of effective asset management," emphasized Maksymenko.

The results of the consultations will form the basis for an open tender for managers in the Prozorro system.

Proposals are accepted until 15:00 on September 26, 2025. Participation is open to all interested parties, except for the owners of the seized asset and representatives of the aggressor state.

IDS Ukraine commented on the statement by Yaroslava Maksymenko, acting head of the ARMA.

The press service of the owner of the Morshynska brand stated that it supported Maksymenko's position that the seized assets should work, retain their value and benefit the state.

At the same time, the group of companies believes that holding a tender to select a manager now, before the revised ARMA law comes into force in January 2026, could create risks of non-transparency and asset impairment.

IDS Ukraine also emphasized that the corporate rights of seven companies of the group have been transferred to ARMA. However, the agency is looking for a manager only for the two largest companies – IDS and Oscar.

This approach, according to IDS Ukraine, artificially breaks the integrity of the group, damages financial and economic ties between the companies and may lead to a decrease in production, tax revenues and job losses in Myrhorod and Morshyn.

IDS Ukraine added that the state is already implementing a more profitable way – the seizure of IDS Ukraine's corporate rights through the Ministry of Justice's lawsuit against the HACC.

According to the group's press service, this will allow Ukraine to gain control of IDS Ukraine without the risks of temporary management.

• At the end of 2024 The Ministry of Justice filed to the High Anti-Corruption Court to seize the corporate rights of all seven companies of the IDS Ukraine Group.
• In March 2025, ARMA decided to terminate as an unrealized management agreement the seized assets of the IDS Ukraine group of companies, a producer of Morshynska and Myrhorodska mineral water.
• In May, Markiyan Bem, an authorized representative of the IDS Ukrainesaid that the Morshyn Mineral Water Plant "Oscar" cannot extend water extraction licenses and will stop six months after the end of martial law, unless the situation changes.
