Ukraine to auction seized IDS Ukraine assets, seeks new manager for Morshynska producer

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has launched a procedure to transfer the seized assets of IDS Ukraine — the producer of Morshynska and Myrhorodska mineral waters — to a new manager through a public auction, Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko said on Friday.
Unlike previous attempts, this time the government will offer the corporate rights to all key enterprises that ensure the group’s full production cycle, from water extraction to bottling and distribution. These include the Myrhorod Mineral Water Plant, Morshyn Mineral Water Plant Oscar, Industrial and Distribution Systems, IDS Aqua Service, Potuzhnist, IVA, and Nova.com.
Budget revenues from the managed assets are expected to reach at least UAH 24 million per month.
IDS Ukraine’s assets have been under arrest since 2022 because they belong to Russian businessman Mikhail Fridman, who is under US, EU, UK, and Ukrainian sanctions.
- In November 2022, a court transferred the corporate rights of IDS Ukraine and its enterprises to ARMA.
- In March 2023, for two companies of the group – PJSC Morshyn Mineral Water Plant Oscar and PJSC IDS Ukraine – the following elected a manager. It was supposed to be Carpathian Mineral Waters LLC, but the deal was not approved by the Antimonopoly Committee, and in 2025 it was terminated as unrealized.
